FAQ  When and how can I check on my order status? Normaly, after 3days you can trace your package(s).  How long will it take to receive my shoes? It usually, on average, takes  5 -7  days business days to receive your order.   Bbusiness days do not include holidays or weekends. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)? Yes. We currently ship to many international locations. Can you reserve a shoe for me until I can pay for it? Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.

What is the minimum order?  Can I get a sample first ? In general , the minimum order is 12pairs-one carton, but we can offer  sample for you , even  1 or 2 pairs.    How much is Shipping? The air shipping cost is free. About Customs? If your country's customs  seize  the shoes, we will not be responsible for replacement or refund.If Chinese customs seize the shoes, we will resend shoes .
